12.1 All players and accompanying persons shall have to be registered through the Organizer and are obliged to stay in the Official Hotel- Monarch Skyline Hotel, Taoyuan.

1) 7 Nights’ accommodation- 16th ~ 23rd July
2) 7 Breakfasts- 17th ~ 23rd July
3) 5 Buffet Lunch 17th ~ 19th July and 21st ~ 22nd July
4) free use of facilities gym/business center/lounge bar.
12.2 The rates do not include dinner, nor lunch on the Free Day.
12.3 Extra buffet lunch tickets can be purchased for US$17 per meal, please notify the Organizer at registration.
12.4 The Organizer cannot guarantee all types of the rooms to be available by request. Any changes or refunds will be given accordingly.
12.5 Hotel payments for all players and accompanying persons must be made on or before 10th June to Chinese Taipei Chess Association. Payments made after 10th June 2025 will incur additional charges.
(1)單人房型為一大床每間入住者為一人含早餐一客，雙人房型為兩小床或一大床每間需住兩人含兩客早餐，四人房型為兩大床每間需住四人包含四客早餐。
(2)大會以「先報名者優先」分配房間與房型，沒有分配到需要的房型者，會盡速通知，若有費用溢繳將於報到當天退回已繳之住宿費差額。
(3)大會保留有限的免費住宿名額給予GM，請有需求的GM務必盡早與主辦單位聯繫。
(4)飯店提供免費使用設施：健身房/商務中心/交誼廳(Lounge Bar)。
(5)大會場地緊鄰台茂購物中心旁，購物中心內含餐飲食堂、室內樂園與影城，交通與觀光食肆亦可參考該購物中心網站https://www.taimall.com.tw
飯店房客享免費停車，因停車場車位有限，採先到先停制，恕無法預約保留，不便之處敬請見諒。建議多加使用大眾交通工具
